3. Date of presentation: 19 – 21 Nov 2008.
    From 8.30 a.m. – 4.30 p.m.

4. Due date of report submission (except Math stud – please refer your coordinator):

1^st : 5 Nov 2008 (Wednesday), by 4 p.m.
Ø      2 copies (Ring Binding)
Ø      Submit to thesis coordinator
Ø      Be sure you sign the Thesis Submission Record (TSR).

2^nd :  5 Dec 2008 (Friday), by 4 p.m.

Computing students
o        Hardcover & CD – 1 copy  [ * CD attached at last page of thesis]
o        CD – 3 copies
      Please include in the CD:         thesis report
                                                slides presentation of your project
                                                include system or data (if any)
                                                 poster

o       Submit to thesis coordinator
o       Be sure you sign the Thesis Submission Record (TSR).

Math students
o        Consult with your coordinator

For computing students, be aware that the exhibition will be at CS2. Only wireless connection is available. Please bring your own devices to establish the internet connection if necessary.

1. Board, Table, Chair Arrangement
   Arrange           : 18 Nov 2008(Tuesday), 6 p.m.
   Re-arrange      : 21 Nov 2008 (Friday), 4.30 p.m.
   Room involve  : TH1, - TH4, BK20 – BK27

2. Resume
   Please prepare copies of resume. People from industries are also attending the exhibition. 

3. Registration
   Time    : 8.15 a.m.
   Venue  : Registration Counter 

4. Evaluation
   Refer at the registration counter for list of examiner and SIG on the day of exhibition.
   By 3.45 p.m. – 4 p.m., if your evaluator still not turns up, call/find them.
   Though the evaluation had finished at 2 p.m. for instance, you still have to wait till 4.30 p.m. since the exhibition will end at 4.30 p.m. NOT only evaluators will be attending the exhibition but also students, lecturers, people from industries, others. 

5. Exhibition
   Attire: Formal
   Display Board Size: 0.9 m X 1.2 m
   Not everyone will use the display board. Some will use wall. Refer to room allocation given – will publish soon.
   Those using walls at TH1 – TH4, please careful of cables inside the wall. Pins will be given to pin up posters.
   Those using cement walls, you will be provided with masking tape to pin up your poster.

6. Poster & Pamphlet
   Poster - The faculty has agreed to sponsor the posters for the exhibition. The poster is A3 size and 2 pieces per person. The detail of the poster will be informed soon.  

Pamphlet – The faculty will give 25 sheets of colored papers each person for pamphlet. Please collect from your coordinator.

7. Room Allocation
   Update soon.  

8. Food
   Breakfast and lunch will be provided for each participant.
